Wellbeing & Ease Ltd (trading as SamRehan.com) supports organisations, leaders and women in leadership roles to reduce stress risk, retain and increase women in leadership, and build sustainable performance cultures.
Founded by Sam J Rehan (Sam is short for Smiya — pronounced Sam-ya), a former scientist with 30+ years of international experience and 25+ years training delivered in regulated and high-performance sectors.
Structured, HSE-aligned programmes focus on reducing burnout risk, improving leadership retention and strengthening organisational culture and resilience. Sam combines stress physiology, behavioural science and organisational insight to position burnout as a measurable leadership and retention risk.
She is known for her Positive Psychology–informed approach, including specialist Seated Laughter Yoga for workplaces used by board members, IT teams and legal professionals to strengthen connection, unlock creativity and support stress reduction.

Since 2017, Sam Rehan has supported local charities, education settings and youth initiatives to strengthen connection and emotional wellbeing in the community.
As a carer, she understands long-term responsibility and has supported other carers and organisations to reduce stress and improve emotional balance.
Sam also provides pro bono stress and resilience support to women in need, committing a minimum of five hours each month.
