4YaParty Weddings & Events is an eco-friendly décor hire and event styling business based in South East London, serving London, Kent and surrounding areas.
4YaParty specialises in transforming venues for weddings, marriage proposals, parties, proms, corporate events and more using ethically sourced and reusable décor. Our services include flower arches, themed backdrops, centrepieces, room styling, LED numbers and a 360 photo booth amongst loads more.
Known for our creativity, reliability and attention to detail, we work closely with our clients to design beautifully styled events that reflect their vision.
As a recommended supplier at over 20 venues, 4YaParty is proud to create unforgettable experiences while reducing waste and our impact, and our client's impact, on the environment.
4YaParty was founded on the belief that beautiful events should not come at the expense of the planet, people or communities.
Sustainability is embedded into every part of how we operate.
We exclusively provide reusable décor and do not use balloons and single-use plastics, significantly reducing waste at every event. Our styling approach focuses on high-impact, long-life items that can be hired again and again, helping clients celebrate responsibly without compromising on luxury or creativity.

Operationally, we work responsibly by maintaining clear health & safety practices, fair working conditions for freelancers and transparent pricing for our clients. We invest in durable stock, energy-efficient equipment, and careful logistics planning to minimise unnecessary travel and emissions. Our ongoing goal is to continue improving our sustainability practices as the business grows, measuring our impact and making conscious, ethical choices at every stage.
